An international technology company is hiring a Channel Sales Manager in Ho Chi Minh city. You will be independently leading your sales / business development for assigned Vendors through creating strong business relationship channel partners. To succeed in this job, you will need good experience in channel sales management as well as direct enterprise client engagement for IT security / networking solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators (BPs) to drive business growth.
  • Identify, engage, and influence end users (EUs) to create demand and position company solutions effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets through a mix of channel enablement and direct customer engagement.
  • Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline with a clear conversion plan.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and vendor teams) to support partners and customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and joint sales calls with partners to ensure value proposition is delivered to all customer levels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide feedback for business strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the IT industry, with focus on networking and/or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record in working with channel partners (distributors, resellers, SIs) and enterprise end users.
  • Strong networking connections within Vietnam’s IT ecosystem, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to engage with both technical teams and C-level executives.
  • Experience in managing complex project-based sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.

Good command of English (both written and spoken).
