An technology company from Singapore is recruiting a Senior UI Designer in HCM city. You will play an essential role in crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that elevate SaaS product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Developers, etc.) to transform concepts into pixel-perfect designs. Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the success of the product.
Responsibilities:
- UI Design: Create high-quality, user-centric interface designs for our website and mobile application, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience
- Visual Design: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand assets to ensure design consistency across all of our modules & platforms
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX Designers to translate wireframes and user flows into engaging visual designs that align with user needs and business goals
- Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes & mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively and gather feedback from different stakeholders
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests & user feedback session to iterate and refine designs based on user insights
- Design Optimization: Continuously improve &optimize existing UI components & design patterns to enhance user satisfaction & usability
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product) to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to our Junior Designer, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional UI design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and an eye for details
- Experience with creating & maintaining design systems + style guides
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience in UX is a huge plus
- Experience in designing software is also a big plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary: 2000 USD Gross / month
- Full benefits paid as per policy of a foreign company in Vietnam.
